Average damage applicable to "Green Card" insurances:

 by categories of damages and zones of territorial validity

In accordance with provisions of points 46 and 47 from the Regulation regarding Technical Insurance Reserves, approved by CNPF Decision No.30/10 of 13.06.2023 (effective from 23.06.2023), the National Bureau of Motor Insurers hereby informs about the average damage related to "Green Card" insurances, calculated according to the formula indicated in the Regulation and using the indicators from the specialized reports of insurers regarding "Green Card" insurance presented in the address of BNAA, separately for the categories of damages: material damages / bodily injuries and death, and for each zone of territorial coverage, as follows:
